Fish Canine Congee
This traditional rice porridge goes by many names - congee, juk / jok, lugaw… but no matter what version you grew up with, everyone can agree that nothing beats a warm bowl of this iconic Asian comfort food!
We created our canine congee using the same traditional cooking methods as the human kind, but with a few dog-friendly twists to the ingredients list - like the addition of tuna broth and pumpkin, and of course, no added salt. This version is topped with dried cod, and is perfect as a daily food topper, an upset tummy-tamer, or just a warm treat for chilly days.
Made to order and served in an 8 oz. pouch.
SERVING & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Our congee is made fresh and can be served at any temperature; if heated, be sure to letthe congee cool before serving to your dog.
Not a complete daily meal; use as a treat, topper, or occasional meal replacement for dogs experiencing upset stomachs.
Each pouch contains roughly 8 oz. of congee. We recommend serving 2 oz (1/4 of the pouch) per 10 lbs of pet’s body weight.
Congee can be stored frozen up to 1 year after the listed “Packed On” date. Once thawed and opened, store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
Congee can also be safely re-frozen intotreat molds / slow feeders / etc.
